Purpose of Processing Personal Data

Your personal data may be collected physically and electronically, due to your status as a customer of the Company, for reasons stipulated by law and in connection with the performance of contractual relationships, in line with the fundamental principles set forth in the Law, and the conditions and purposes of data processing specified in Articles 5 and 6 of the Law. Such data is processed within the scope of carrying out our activities, ensuring the operation and improvement of our services.

The personal data you provide to this site (collectively referred to as “Your Data”) include:

The Company, as Data Controller, is responsible for establishing the necessary organization, taking and adapting technical measures to ensure the confidentiality and integrity of the information in accordance with applicable legislation. Rights of the Data Subject

Under Article 11 of the Law, individuals whose personal data are processed may apply to Feresma Construction and request the following:

  • To learn whether their personal data is processed,

  • To request information if their personal data has been processed,

  • To learn the purpose of processing personal data and whether it is used in accordance with this purpose,

  • To know the third parties to whom their personal data is transferred domestically or abroad,

  • To request the correction of incomplete or inaccurate personal data, and to request that the transaction made in this context be notified to the third parties to whom personal data has been transferred,

  • To request the deletion, destruction, or anonymization of personal data if the reasons requiring their processing cease to exist, and to request that the transaction made in this context be notified to the third parties to whom personal data has been transferred,

  • To object to the occurrence of a result against them by means of the exclusive analysis of processed data through automated systems,

  • To request compensation for the damages incurred in case of unlawful processing of personal data.
